My internet is down for a few more days thanks to an unpaid bill (paid it this morning, but don't think the net will be back until monday). I'm at a friend's place right now, and I just wanted to let you know why I'm absent.

See ya soon!

I'm in exile over the weekend too. They're doing upgrades to the towers or something. NEVER go fucking wireless.

We'll miss you both.

Og

PS. I'm glad I'm still on dial-up from computers in two different locations and with two possible ISPs on each.

Still in exile. Borrowing mum's computer.

I came out here because I thought it would be cooler out in the country than inside my stuffy apartment in town. WRONG! Atleast I got an electric fan. I managed to talk mum into buying a... what you call it? A piece of cloth, looking like a carpet, and you tie it between two trees, and you can lie on it and swing gently..?

Actually, Svenskaflicka, a proper Mayan hammock [the very best] is handwoven with a very large weave to cradle you in a web with lots of air circulation.

Nor do they always have to be tied between two trees. There are freestanding ones.

I'm back home again. Thank goodness. Broadband!

Yes, it WAS a freestanding hammock.

And yes, I like the mayan ones, I tried one that looked like a chair once - VERY comfortable! Only problem is, I have nowhere to hang 'em.
I want a house with a garden... :(

Welcome back, Svenska! I imagine you'll be disappearing this weekend, what with #6 coming out.

Yeah, but not as much as I'd like to... :(
