I did it...but I made my 16 yr old get hers done first!
They only let you put in "run o' the mill" hoops to start with...but I have a funky blue ball on mine!

We went out and bought the obligatory vit E ointment and sea salt!

Do you like it? I love mine, although after the piercing healed enough to change it I've stuck with barbells - easier to change on my own.

The meatier the tattoo site the less pain. Think about it since it is your first tattoo. I didn't even really feel the tattoo on my stomach.

I can honestly say though that even the bony parts which I have tattoos over wasn't THAT bad.


Bloody arm? I had like almost no bleeding at all with any of my tattoos or pokes.
