All "government funds" began as PRIVATE MONEY. There is literally nothing government can
do that can't be done voluntarily.

If YOU feel sorry for anyone, feel free to spend YOUR time, money and effort to try to help them.

Rebuilding homes in regions that are perennially subject to natural disaster is just asinine, a waste of tax
money. If you were too stupid to clear the brush around your home in California, you deserve to have
it burn down. If you are too stupid to move out of a flood zone, you deserve to drown.

Government can never be as effective as private industry or voluntary charity, because;

1. A huge percentage of your tax money is wasted paying for make-work crony jobs, and paying
parasite pencil pushers to sit on their ass behind a desk;
2. Whatever plan is created will be the most inefficient and expensive possible, because "all voices have to
be heard and we have to avoid hurting anyone's feelings, compromise is essential"
3. Agencies and "programs" have a vested financial interest in never completing a task, because that
would remove the need to have those agencies and programs.
