Impregnation/Impregnation Risk

Hi folks, I usually love to include some form of impregnation or impregnation-risk sex into my stories (usually hotwife/interracial stuff).

The big question, however, is always: how to make it somehow realistic? There are so many issues, especially if a stranger is involved, like STDs, or how arousal can escalate so quickly that no risks can stop it.

What are your views on that matter? Do you have suggestions as to including it into a story?

I've written only one story that featured this. It was in the context of two nude people in a woodland setting succumbing to their lust for each other. With the woman, she'd thought fleetingly of being without protection, but decided on the spur of the moment that if she got pregnant, well, that was the way it was supposed to be.

I was happier than I'd ever been in my life. For the first time that day, it occurred to me that I wasn't on birth control, since I hadn't planned on doing much fucking that summer. But I suddenly didn't care about that, either. I wanted a baby. His baby. I wanted him to be there for that baby.

(She ended up with twins.)

Yeah. I think most sexual encounters happen without anyone getting a serious STD. I don't think its necessary for realism's sake.
