After using Google's site: attribute coupled with about every exact phrase from the story I can remember, I'm beginning to think this story may not even be up on Literotica anymore.
It was a couple (or few) years ago. To the best I can remember, the protagonist's name was Erica (or at least it began with an E) who was hired to work for a mysterious company in a camp/resort-style compound that ostensibly acted as a retreat for people to get pregnant. Over the course of the series it becomes evident to her the company doesn't want her to work there but rather use her and the other "employees" as breeding stock for their enterprise.
Other points I can recall that might be helpful tracing this one:
• the company's techniques are so effective that Erica witnesses her friend (whose name I can only remember began with a T), who was adamantly opposed to having kids become a willing participant,
• the TV in Erica's quarters are locked to only show porn,
• she has an encounter with another female employee involving a phallus statue in the woods,
• her boss is revealed as a renowned stud "Hans" who has impregnated numerous women at the camp and,
• Erica manages to escape the camp, but must go on the run as the company begins hunting her.
