Thank you Desire for your comment. Due to health reasons (the medication I have to take to control seizures), i am unable to get an erection so I had a penis pump put in now I am a little nervouse about it so I thought this would be the best way for feed back.

Well, you certainly don't have to be nervous about the way it looks 
Is it forward of me to ask about the logistics of using such a device? Is the 'inflating device' located in your scrotum? Is it comfortable/painful/pleasurable to operate? Do you ejaculate as normal?

After I healed from the surgery there was no pain, in fact, unless I am thinking about it (not sexual ofcorse ) i hardly know it is there. The pump is in my scrotum and the resivor is near my bladder.
As far as ejactulating, according to my g/f I shoot more now than before the problem started and the good part is I dont get limp till SHE is thru

The “pump” is a bulb located in my scrotum giving the appearance of 3 nuts. I manually squeeze the bulb and fill the tubs on either side of my penis. When SHE is thru there is a release valve on the bulb to “deflate” me.
I will be happy to answer any questions anyone male or female has. That is the main reason i started this thread.
