hadn't considered that. As it was, there was a lot of fraudulent earned income credits being paid out, but now they will be legal. The good news is they and their employer will (maybe) be paying fica.

On the other hand depending on how important language skills are you might prefer a bi-lingual greencard worker for your business, or if you legalize them all, maybe the need for all of those currently under the table workers goes away. Why not hire a high-school ute instead?
