Hello, @divyani -- you were banned. I will be happy to message you the reason, but first you will need to enable Forum private messaging.

To enable private messaging:​

Go to your profile at the top right -- click on the circle with your picture that's to the left of the envelope icon there, click "privacy," then make sure it says "start conversations with you" (toward the bottom of that box) and either set it to "members only" or "all visitors," for some reason it defaults to "no one" until you change it.​

you could request a review from an admin, but based on the information i highly doubt it would be reversed.

i saw him on yesterday, so ranger appears to be working properly..
