dude go to the hardware store, buy some paint and paint a room in your new house.
it'll take your mind off shit.

Put the computer down.

Do one hundred push-ups, one hundred sit-ups, one hundred squats, and one hundred pull-ups. In that order. No breaks, no sets. Straight through.

Do it. Now.

lol.... good idea but i hate painting if i'm sober, i like painting when i'm drinking.

but, this coffee is doing some justice...

I would be willing to bet that Hogan couldn't do that routine.

i'd have to break up the push-ups into 2, maybe 3 sets.
the pull-ups i could do in 5 sets, if i really pushed it...
the sit-ups & squats aren't tough, though

Don't do sit-ups. Do crunches. Sit-ups are bad for your back.

i'm not hulk either lol

The green man doesn't work out. He doesn't need to.

Breaking it into sets is easy. It's pushing through it and doing them all at the same time, without even resting between exercises, that makes it good for more then just strength. At a certain point, it becomes a matter of will power and stubborn endurance. Until you get used to it. But then you can do more, too.

I can't do it myself yet either, though. But it's one of the things I'm training for.

Don't do sit-ups. Do crunches. Sit-ups are bad for your back.

Crunches can be bad, too. I did them wrong for a while and hurt my neck. I've done and do both, though, and I've found that as long as posture and form is kept strict and correct then neither lead to as much pain as some people say. Bad form in any exercise can cause injuries, but keeping form keeps things safe.

Though, it depends on the person too, sometimes. I do tend to like crunches more.
