my keyboard just broke and i got to find a new one in the house. yippee!!! i hate it when my computer breaks in strange ways like that.

My computer does crazy things all the time. I'm glad the keyboard isn't broken though, because I know I don't have another one in the house...lol

My modem did get knocked out by lightening once though. I wasn't even using the computer at the time. Now whenever a bad thunderstorm comes, I get off and unplug my modem too.

I have never gotten off simply by unplugging my modem. Have to try that some time.

Tina, I think you have to do it a series of times, you know, plug, unplug, plug, unplug, plug, unplug to get that kind of effect.

But I think I may to find an expert 'modem plugger' to help me with that....
