Based only on what you have posted, you are in a relationship where you needs aren't getting met. When that happens, it is only human nature to have those needs met elsewhere. Lit can provide many examples of that.

It's what you make of it. If it's harmless flirting and you know you won't act on it then it's just fine. If you are flirting heavily with the intention and thought of more, then you need to reevaluate the relationship you are in. Be honest with yourself and the person you are seeing. Don't play him until you find the better option. If he's not right for you then move on. Then flirt all you'd like and never have the guilt.
