OKay so I have to work the next three days. We're talking up at 0500 and get home at around 1930. (I work 0700-1900)
Because of this I don't really want to be cooking on these days. I'm ready.
Over the past couple of days I have prepared things to make dinner quick and easy.
In one container I have a bit over a pound of lean ground beef. It was browned with "House of Tsangs Szechuan Sauce", drained and cooled. Before I froze it I mixed in a handfull of shredded cheese as well as a bit more sauce.
In another container I have a potfull of stew I brewed up in the crockpot before freezing.
The frozen cooked beef will be mixed with cooked Pasta and cheese to create a Caserol.
The stew will be reheated in the Nuke for at least one meal.
The last meal? Well if I need to I do have a couple of frozen Pizza's in the freezer.
