My road to recovery went something like this:
Sunday I was on full oxygen(15 liters). After I got back from a walk with the oxygen police I was lowered to a 50/50 mask (6 liters of oxyen), she came back in an hour to check on me. About 3 in the morning they came to check me again and lowered the amount again(3 liters), came back in another hour and gave me one of those nose breathy things (2 liters). Later that morning I was cut again (1 liter), then in about another hour and a half, the oxygen lady came back took off the oxygen and took me for a walk, I passed and was free of oxygen!!! Woohoo. I was finally able to take a shower again. Ahhh Did that feel good. I ran into the doctor in the hallway, I think I almost gave him a heart attack to see me up and not on oxygen. It was a great feeling. He listened to my lungs and said, your going home. Met the lung specialist and he didn't even bother to check my lungs, just said, see you later.
They compared the CT Scan from when this all started to the one they gave me on Sunday evening and where really pleased with my progress. I kicked ass on my lil breathing thingy that I have to do. My lungs aren't 100% yet but they are defently getting better.
It sure is nice to be home again. *sigh*
Thanks for all the love and support.
