Agree that you should probably head over to the story idea section with whatever the idea is. But I have some suggestions on how you can make yourself perhaps stand out a little bit and intrigue an author.

Since this is to be a fictionalized version of a story between you and some other real life person you need to make yourself and that girl somewhat interesting.

I would want to know details about the girl what is your actual relationship to her and where does that differ from your fantasy... is this an actual girlfriend or a crush? Either are workable but it's interesting to know where people are coming from.

Not everyone is gifted with the ability to put their ideas down into words but do the best you can- make me want that girl too, or at least pique the interest of the voyeur in me.

Is this a Cyrano de Bergerac kind of assignment is this a story that you plan to share with a girl?

Details all help even if it feel see you like they're just all tumbling out and not organized in a fashion that you think anyone can use you'd be surprise what we can glean between the lines.

Perhaps just because lately I've been on a creative mood with no muse, your post caught my eye even though it has little to no information.

I've always had good spidey sense about these things though.
