I have a lovely volume called "The F Word" which details the history and the assorted uses of the word "Fuck" -- and yes, it fills a whole book. I have a first edition and later editions were changed, but I think it is still available (and fun at parties).
I also have a few links to slang for the Regency England period, in specific a link to the Cant and slang of Georgette Heyer's historical romances (she invented the Regency Romance and is regarded for her research on the period)
