I'm looking for a lesbian story

A couple of years ago I read a lesbian story and I really want to reread it. Its about a girl who was new to a company and there was a older woman who showed her around. I want to say that the older womans name was Greere? (I've read soooo many stories I might've gotten mixed up) The woman who was a new employee was very talented and the older woman suggested that she look into positions that paid higher. I think she was a typist? Or something numbers related? I think there's one part they started jogging together or something? Please help!
