I'm going shopping tomorrow: What food should I buy?

So far I got on the list:

fiber one cereal
light soymilk
tempeh
strawberries
apples
bananas
pineapple
frozen veggie mixes
black beans
pinto beans
green tea
peanut butter
light wheat bread
fake butter
egg beaters
frozen berries
sugar free popsicles
fat free italian dressing
pasta
organic pasta sauce
protein crumbles

what else should I get?

I generally don't make a mess unless the gooyness on my fingers drips to the floor...and then I use a clorox wipe...sometimes it gets on my scale b/c I leave it out on the floor of my bathroom infront of the sink...

I have lots of rice.
I avoid potatos as much as possible...sometimes have them in stir fry though...
I don't like celery
Maybe pasta...hmm...
Last time I had hummus it was gross >.<
pitas have tons of carbs
pasta sauce...maybe...if I get pasta...

I love hummus. Roasted red pepper is the best. Awesome on pitas, with lettuce, cheese, onions and cucumber. But to each their own.

And pitas have no more carbs than bread... less, I believe... since they are less dense. Get the hollow ones and fill em with veggies, for a healthy sandwich.

I get light wheat bread thats 35 calories per slice...

Dolly, put 10 pounds of white granular sugar on the shopping list. Also, two pounds of light brown sugar.
And ice cream, MooseTracks.

Don't forget cinnamon!!!!

I don't use regular sugar...only splenda...
