The trip to KY to pick up the stallion was insane. However, it is over. Walked in the door at 11.40p.m. Got up at 4a.m. (Went back to bed until 6 because there was stuff going on.)

My ASSHOLE FUCKING IDIOT BROTHER lied to me- he promised me the fence was up and tight, no horse was going through it. HE LIED. He didn't attached the fence to the BRAND NEW POSTS I paid him to put in and attach the fence to.

The stallion went right through it- he pushed his chest against it and it fell over and he went ass over teakettle into the pasture. He's now out with the geldings and my mare. I told my brother (after slapping him in the head as hard as I could) that he got to explain to my mother how her horse got knocked up.

Tomorrow I will not be home at all. I have to get up at 6a.m. and get kids to school and then go to the barn, get Scout in the small pen, fix that particular pen, take the borrowed trailer back where it belongs, fix the fence, start his ground manners, and then go get kids from school, and start all over again.

But I'm fine- for those who were worried, lol.

Ain't that the truth. When picking out a stallion to breed the school's mare to I had to go watch a few Thoroughbreds (i know my spelling sucks...) Breed, and to think these were some of the top studs in the country, lol. But I do have to say, it's more interesting to watch than them getting ready for the ultrasound.

Much sympathy. I still get lies and nonsense from my brother Haroun. Long story. Not to mention that he still owes me 75 francs. Yes, I said francs. And now they have been replaced by Euros. Not sure what this will do, in the unlikely event that he repays me. I prefer it in dollars, but that will happen during the next Ice Age, no sooner.
