I'm not really sure, I do know one of them was underage and really, really drunk. We'll see if they're made to move out or not.

Ball State's official partying policy is, "Don't" but if you're not being stupid or obvious about it then the Residence halls tend to let it slide.

My dorm at the university of south florida was co ed the same way as yours. 5 storis split half on each floor. Fun times I was seriously oversexed at that particular time. Now not so much.
