Li Bai. It's one of his better known poems, perhaps his best known one, but not really my favourite. I'm not sure which of his poems would be my favourite, but I always liked him more than Du Fu.

li bai looks familiar, but sadly it's been ages. man, i don't even know what happened to half of my poetry books. god, that's a depressing thought. i used to have mao's poems in a neat little book that disappeared at least a decade ago. that was neat little oddity. i miss it.
