Hi Everyone - I'm back. The long rehearsal nights are over, and my opening night for my big performance is tonight. Rehearsals has been the utmost most tiring thing ever.

But it has been a great experience. I had the opportunity to actually work with Richard Travis which has been exciting.

Just wanted to drop this thread to say hi everyone that I've managed to ignore for the past 7 weeks. My apologies to everyone.

But after Saturday, my last show, I'll be sure to back again.

Now I feel embarassed....

Thank you for your support guys.

I'm no star...but just an aspiring actress who HOPES to make it one of these days. This is just a very teeny tiny step.

Congratulations on resisting temptation these past weeks, and also making your dream begin it's reality. In keeping with the tradition, break a leg on first night.

Now we're talking. And I'm definetely first online to audtion for that show.

Thanks everybody

Well, just to update.

Opening night came and went. I walked onto stage and Master was sitting first row center. Certainty did calm my nerves. I saw him sitting there beaming with pride, and just made me want to do better.

The audience was great. They laughed at the right moments, and cried at the right times. It's a touching story, and I think we've managed to touch many hearts last night.

In case, I didn't tell you guys what the play about - it's called "The Laramie Project". It's based on a true story about five years ago where a young kid, named Matthew Shepard, 21 was tied to the fence, beaten to death, and left to die because he was gay.

So this play certainty makes us all think a little - and if our audience had any heart....and they did, we were all in tears by the end of our first performance.

Wow, that is a good story to highlight. I remember it well as at that time I was heavily involved in the GLBT scene both personally and politically. I can imagine it would be a dream to start a career in such a production. Congrats on your success.

LOL...I have a feeling we need to work on this idea with a passion. Our other Litster has moved into directing as well so we might end up totally skills based here ready to take on the world!!
