i'm at my wit's end

i'm being driven insane by these pop up ads. whenever i try to browse lit i get lots of raunchy pop ups. it's one thing to have my roommate see i'm at lit. it's quite another for her to glance at my screen and see 5 flashing browser windows full of naked women. i've cleared all my cookies, i've run ad-aware and i don't know what else to do. can anyone help?

Don't know what that's all about, but I have been getting messages from Zone Alarm saying that my security settings have blocked something while I'm cruising Lit.

I don't get pop-up windows, either. What are your other options from whence they might me coming?

ISP? E-mail program?

Do you go directly to lit or do you go through another source?

I've never gotten a pop-up here, either. But I did notice that if you're using the Yahoo toolbar in your IE, you'll get random pop-ups. You can also go to this page http://and.doxdesk.com/parasite/ , which automatically detects if any spyware/adware/scumware has been installed on your machine (I'm guessing that's probably what ad-aware is, right? But a double-check couldn't hurt, I suppose.)

The pop-up killer could work too, hehe. Beyond that, I have no idea... I'm about as non-technical as they come.

i didn't get them for the longest time and then all of a sudden they started. the thing is i don't get them at every site, mostly just lit. it's driving me crazy

I don't get any either, so I suspect you have something in your pc that shouldn't be there.
