I'm Actually Cooking

Nothing really pleases the palate like a nice roasted human thigh really.

The best investment we made for eating healthy was (don't laugh) a Turbo Cooker.

You can fry a frozen chicken breast and some potato cubes and steam a few cobs of sweet corn in about 10-12 minutes, without any added fat.

But that doesn't help you for tonight.
;)

Only if you're frying in oil or butter. This basically fries the food with steam. There's no fat or calories in steam.

just make an omlette, but only with scrambled eggs instead of a shell thingy. throw in some ham, cauliflower(sp?), broccolli, potatos, cheese, or whatever you want. just make the ingredients be more of the dinner variety rather than the breakfast variety.

you're on your own for sides.

*sigh*

Haven't you seen the infomercials? The chicken and potatoes DO get fried in the pan. There's just no added fat.

They taste good and the texture is great.
