I was able to bring in a code of conduct at my club. Previously there was no way to force out unwanted members. Now we have a written code that all must follow. No longer can guys walk around spouting off about 'n......', 'coons' or dirty fucking Jews/Muslims.

The same code of conduct was used to rid us of a sociopathic member who was hated by all. He threatened to sue our club president. The code of conduct was a requirement. Our clubs lawyer thought it was a brilliant idea.

Now the racist fucktards know that if over heard and a complaint is brought against them it could lead to their expulsion. We have had, as expected, an rise in members from the ME. None have quit the club due to having racist members spouting off out loud. Not committing hate crimes just spouting off and making life uncomfortable for the Muslim members. The racist know that to spout off one too many times and they are gone.

So yes, my efforts I believe are making a difference.

The problem lies when you don't back up your words. If you over hear someone using the 'N' word and you just complain quietly to your friends you are not fighting. If you immediately bring shame and notice down on the fuckers head and demand that they be removed from where ever you are doing good.
