I'm a night owl or a vampire

Everynight, about this time I get my second wind and have the urge to stay up and watch t.v., read, sew on my current quilt project, read lit, blah, blah, blah.

I'm a night person in a day world.

Definatly a night person! I stray up later.. Take naps durring the day so i can continue to stay uip late and spell badly

They frown on naps at work...go figure!

I just like to sleep past noon. So I'm a night person by default, because you can't sleep all the time, I've tried. Eventually the nightmares get to you.

I have read that a 20 minute nap at work increases productivity!

I am the same way PB. I am nocturnal. It seems like I do my best work at night and then end up sleeping in way past when I should. I do everything from reading, writting, surfing thew net, painting to just chilling out. I have been this way since I was a kid. i used to stay up at night and read with a flashlight under the covers when I was a kid. I think its just in my blood.

Definitely a night person.

I didn't even go to bed last night. Came home at 5 and had a nap, woke up groggy, it's now 1:30 and guess what?


I'm wide awake, posting, e-mailing, reading, considering calling a friend.

Thank goodness the kids don't come back until Monday, maybe by then i'll be on a semi-reasonable schedule.
