I am interested in finding an artist, or aspiring artist, who would enjoy a bit of a challenge.

I've been writing on Lit for six or seven years now (albeit not consistently enough to have a huge volume of work), but I have managed to get out about one story a month.

I'd love to have someone try and illustrate some of my existing story lines so that I could repost them in the illustrated section. A few of them are sci-fi based and would be the most visually interesting to reinterpret.

If anyone is interested please PM, email, or reply here!

I'm gonna give this a go!
Athena has some neat material to work with. I down loaded all of one of her series to read. I think some of youz guys and gals should also give it a go! Kinda like some of the contest/challenges we used to host here.

I'll check it out, I'm a big fan of alien sex.

Hey, we're neighbors!

I have been doing cover art - albeit not illustrations like throb or patty or iruzumi - see my thread )I Propose- artwork for your stories. If you would like one of those = I'd be happy to see what I can dither into being for you. Sci-fi Fantasy/Romance/Non Human/ are some of the categories I love so that helps a lot...
Just let me know.

I am up for any and all takers on the stuff I have written. See my sig link for the complete list.

I know I have someone who is taking on some of the XXXanth stuff, so if you are interested in Sci-Fi or Fantasy that leaves two or three series...

One, more recent, is "It's a Were World", which at the moment focuses on a lycanthrope family.

Another, Star Bound, is an older series that focuses on one man captured and trained for alien subservience.

And finally, my most expansive, For the Love of Botany, has a lot of big mutant plans and human women. Of course, in the Futures sub-series, there are some more mutant animals and creatures.

If any particular one interest you, feel free to jump on board. Feel free to PM or email or whatever for more info.

Fantastic stuff!

Love the textures...

I've always wished I had the capability to draw/sketch/paint but find that not only is it nearly impossible to produce anything decent, its also impossible to do things consistently. Which is a bit disheartening. I did think to maybe try and illustrate my own stuff, but am woefully lacking.

Please give it a run!

If anyone is interested, I was hoping to be able to re-list some of the stories in the illustrated category. Of course you would be receiving a healthy dose of recognition prior to each submission.

I might be able to arrange a trade or reward or something to give you a little extra thanks for the work. We could also run with a competition?

Glad to see such a response!

Those are great drawings Patty!!!!!!

Athena - I have a specific abhorence for incest - that said I read Sentience...
I think you had a really good story going until the introduction of the parents = personally its was EWWWWWWWWWWWWW
However -
Based on the fact that it was a good story regardless of personal issues with the subject matter - I have put together this for cover art... I hope you like

Can't say how impressed I am!!!!

Seems like a perfect interpretation of the goal of the story. It is futuristic and cold, but just with the right hint of something more slinky underneath. Beautiful!

That will adorn my wall paper for unknown months!

Its funny- I'm not really a techie at all, but the ASUS is a bit of a give away. I didn't even notice until you mentioned it.

Very well arranged and blended!

I tried to be really subtle with it...

the mother board...

The Fist and Arm of a man wrapped around a bent backwards body -

Note also - the Main image coming out of the shadows is a Mannequin.

I was curious about that. I did notice the background figures. VERY erotic. I was at work when I first got the email about a post sent to me and pulled up the listing site for them. I felt kind of naughty because I could tell what was going on, but only because I was looking very close.

It was a fun little thrill at work yesterday and made my day!

Anyone else coming up with anything?

I heard that we had interest in XXXanth and in the Botany series, but was curious if anything else had been staked out.

Still recovering from computer meltdown..but plan on working on the XXXanth.

I've got new scanner functioning and photoshop installed. stil more updates and apps... plus catching up on lost work time.

No problem. I'm in no rush. XXXanth has been up for two years without images, so it can handle a few weeks while your computer gets itself into rehab. :)

I was looking around online the other day at some fantasy art that had erotic undertones and there seemed to be a lot of great stuff by this guy and I can't remember his name.

I was wondering if anyone was familiar with his stuff or drew anything along the same lines... I think it was Boris V...... with the dots representing letters. Not entirely sure though.

The image I remember most was one of a snake man wound around a woman.

Bleh. I dislike Boris Vallejo. He is TOO "slick" and stiff for my tastes. For me, Frank Frazetta is the man.

Ah but he was the hottest since Vallejo....

I wish I could paint like that though.... most of my stuff (paintings) are water color.....

Now digitial dithering is becoming my medium of choice... I just spend a hell of a lot more time searching out images that work for me...

Good Luck 'Thena

I looked up more from both (Frank and Boris) and have to say that I still prefer Boris (I hope this does not offend). There is definitely some similarity in the style of the work, but Frank seems to be depicting less emotionally intense subject matter. Even the heroes seem to be slightly care free if they are about to be overcome by monsters.

Whereas with Boris Vallejo, the works seem to have a little more emotional content, either expressed through posture, or facial expression....

But of course, when comparing to Throbbs or christabel....... Neither Frank or Boris is a match.
