Y'all slap me down if I'm wrong, but...
I like my story unillustrated because it would take away from the imagination of the reader if they couldn't decide what the character looked like on their own. Sometimes illustrations just turn me off because the images on screen clash with what I've built in my mind. Still, if I ever see the need, I'll get with ya.

Thats a perfectly valid opinion. How can it be wrong? I wouldn't call it a global truth however 
Actually, I was thinking of making the same offer, since I am lousy at this whole chatting business.. There is so much skin on the internet however that there would have to be something unusual, eg non-human. I have done a couple of illustrations based on others' tales and put them on my site with a reference back to the tale.
A problem as I understand it at literotica is that all illustrated stories go in one area? So they sort of get pigonholed.

I have been told that some of my longer stories may be perfect for cartoon strips, etc.
They contain love making; murder; lovemaking; torture; broom handles; love making; aeroplanes; love making; big cats; rape; love making; exotic locations; and it goes on.

What I'd like to know is if our unregistered guest is trying to drum up business? Does he/she expect payment for illustrations? Or is he/she doing this out of the kindness of his/her heart? I guess I'm a suspicious sort, but I've had far too many 'nice' offers that later turned out to cost me too much in time and money.

Personally I take people on face value and believe them to be what they say they are until I know differently.
If somebody wishes to draw pictures about my stories then wonderful, it might broaden their appeal.
If somebody is after a fee then that is another matter.
Story plot and fantasy I have a plenty. Money, none.

Personally, the illustration is far too cartoonish for my stories, but if you want to pay the price, it's done well enough. What might be a better idea, if you really want to have an illustration with your story, is to look through the picture category here, or the actual illustrated stories, and email the author to see if they want to combine talents with you and your story. Plus that would promote their own work.
