not sure if it is illegal, but it sure as hell is unethical.

Get permission, or don't post it

I dont know the legality of it. But please dont post someones pic without their consent. Think of the long term affects such an action could bring.

Just my opinion of course.

I'm not saying it's right.But this women cost me a lot!!!!!!I can't get into details.Wish I could.

I beleive it would be legal provided they are not copyrighted or attained in an illegal manner.

Having said that..if you choose to post...please crop out her face or identifying features. Regardless of your feelings towards her now, you owe her that amount of respect at the very least.

I would opt to not post without her permission, it is an invasion of her privacy and i think you would come to regret it eventually.

People own their faces and likenesses.

Ever read the back of a theme park ticket? By accepting the ticket you are basically giving permission for your likeness (photo) to be used in any brochures or TV commercials that they might happen to be filming that day. People OWN their likeness. You can't decide what you want to do with it. You can't post photos of other people without permission -- even if it's non-commercial.

(There are TONS of exceptions -- "fair use" if people are in the background of your photo of the Eiffel Tower, stuff like that. But if you want to post a pic of an ex-girlfriend, and, what?, rag on her --- yeah, you'd better get her to sign a waiver first.)

will be removed immediately following a report of abuse to Laurel...

I would assume he intends to post somewhere with a larger audience than Lit.

And how would you know it was abuse...he could sign in as SallyMay and post until his hearts content.

Just an observation. People have passed off any number of bogus pics in the AmPicFeedback section.

Not posting here.Just asking because people seem to be a little more informed here.I will say she cost me my marraige and business.I have regrets all right, the day I met her!!

It also seem's very petty to me, why not just put it behind you and get on with your life, after all the best revenge is to live well.

I know that would be the best thing to do but......I did take the pictures with consent. So I should own the right to them, right? If I blocked out her face it wouldn't be a likeness, right??

Why not just forget about it, no matter how you try to rationlise it, it's just wrong and bad....walk away and be the better person.

You have that all wrong. Did she twist your arm to make you date her? Did she have a gun to your head? YOU cost you your marriage and business, not anyone else. YOU knew you were married when you went for this woman and you decided to take the chance. So you got caught? Thats the chance you take. Deal with it. AND DO NOT POST PICS OF ANYONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF!!!

What a heinous thing to even consider..in my very humble opinion.
The affects would last way longer then the glee you would get from extracting such a revenge on a fellow human.

What, she held you at gun point and forced you into a relationship with her? You screwed up, admit it, and stop placing the blame on others. Posting her pic is wrong, ethically, and morally. But hey, I guess if you have no ethics or morals...

Good God, what a question to ask!

Blaming her for your problems will do you no good, cut your ties and move on!
