I imagine the vast majority of people don't screw dead people. I am scared to ask how many do to where they would pass such a law. Guess the same applies to so many other stupid laws on the books.

how on earth can anyone think that having sex with a dead body be okay. granted, most in congress have been dead for the past 6 years

Hey, I think this is a freedom of choice thing. If the dead corpse wants to have sex who are we to deny him/her. Maybe they didn't get enough when they were living and just wanted to try to get a little more when they were dead.

Actually there is a law about this, just the thing is, according to the courts a dead body is property. So a guy caught fucking a dead body is illegal of destruction of property.

Granted it is rather a useless law but then I think if someone was fucking my dead aunt or whatever I'd like it to be a little nicer than you are under arrest for destruction of property. Cause I mean dead aunt here, as in relative and I'll be dead eventually and I'd rather not be property.

I'm not sure which is worse, discussing this, or the fact that apparently someone was discovered doing destruction of property in Illinois and made a fuss over it. Yes it happens on a very rare occassion but usually the mortician fires the guy and cleans up the body. Which suggests a mortician was doing it and well you know fuck I thought they checked for shit like that.
