I think water is quite possibly the biggest ignored issue in North America...and a good topic for the GB Forum to discuss.
 
Then why am I hearing about water levels rising every single day? I'm going to shower now.

In the US real estate in Cascadia is going to be worth more than any other location for this reason. Natural rainfall.
 

Yea, the dip shits in Victoria dump their wastewater, untreated, into the Straits of Juan De Fuca. And the assholes refuse to do anything about it because," We're the only ones doing it so the relatively small amount we dump doesn't hurt the environment AND it would cost to much to fix it."

All that and right across the Straits in Port Angeles, they just got through spending millions to keep from spilling treated waste into the water during the rare storm overflow that happens maybe once a year.

Our neighbors to the north are assholes, the lot of 'em.
