I think I'm ignorant. Then I learn something, and it changes my entire perception of some thing(s). Ever had that "light after the dark" feeling?

I totally understand what you are talking about here.... I'd say with each feeling such as you have described you are one step closer to enlightenment... Maybe that's our goal as human beings...?

Every once in a while, I'll get glimpses of knowledge, but then I swear it's just sucked back under the door like smoke that is lost. I hate that feeling. It's like I'm so close to understanding everything, and then it disappears.
