well the good boy stuff

would be the people who drew Secret Plot

Gordor would be Taylor..or the people who drew Horny Biker Chicks.

When The Cat's Away Gilbert Hernandez of Love and Rockets.

Get Me To The Church On Time I think Chuck Austen (Hardball, Strips) would do it justice. Clean lines, a few flights of fancy and nods to manga style.

Office Morale Brad Foster probably fits the attitude (though he kind of overdoes the breasts to my taste). Maybe Phil Foglio, who would probably groove to the "cheerful sex education with occasional teasing" aspects.

Port Call Maybe P. Craig Russell who drew the Elric of Melniboné books. He has a light, lyrical hand, good with shading and delicate colors.

In From The Snow Sandra Chang might be a nice choice, though there's none of the bondage themes she likes.

If I had a girls-only story, I'd choose Colleen Coover. Definitely.

Now you've got me curious... who's Colleen Coover?

Assuming you haven't asked the fount of all knowledge, she's the artist of a comic called "Small Favors". It's about the adventures of Annie, a cute young woman who, since she can't stop jilling off and fantasizing about other women (especially her neighbor Yuriko), is assigned a tiny fairy girl as "keeper of her conscience".

Unfortunately the tiny fairy girl is just as prone to temptation...

The Comic Art Collective has originals of some of her other work for books and magazines.

(I've attached one of her self-portraits)

Ah... thanks. Rebecca from the Housewives at Play series is a personal favourite of mine.

Ed Benes or Frank Cho would probably do A.T-D.A, I consider those two to be the most talented among the mainstream comic artists, at least when it comes to drawing busty, good-looking women in skin-tight costumes...
