My husband used to think it was INSANE that I would post on message boards. He would just shake his haed, confused.

Several years later, he clings to his "it's not my thing" role but he ASKS me about it all the time. He wants to be in on all the doings without the effort ROFL

And now that this year I have added sexual-type message boards, he's even more intrigued.

I'm giving him a year before he registers at Lit or Fetlife. Of course I'll have to pretend I don't know him becuase his typos and spelling make me look like a scholar of mertit LOL

My hubby won't post either but he loves that I read him all the silly threads and helps me guess on some of the game threads. He doesn't mind looking at the pictures either.

He games more than I could stand to, so we have our things. He just hates BB's. Every time he uses a forum for computer or car fixes or info he's like "how can you stand forums?"

oh funny, mine has looked at forums for some jeep problems. He doesn't post, he just looks for a post about the same issue, and he says the same thing "how can you do that?"

My PYL has been on forums and chatrooms since Al Gore invented them. LOL

He prefers Fetlife to here, but even on there he is not into serious conversation. He just plays.

Hubby discussed sports different place on-line but is not that interested in sharing his thoughts anonymously all over the place.

He doesn't care one way or the other if I post online as long as if I find really hot pictures or video that I know would interest him I send him the links.

I forgot, he played Fantasy Football for the first time this season and was posting about that with this friends...mostly smack-talk.

To clarify, he couldn't care less if I post, he just finds it a mystery why I do LOL

Yep.

And mine is also terrible with the typos. It drives me bonkers. Anyway, yes, he thinks this is a giant time suck and kind of weird. Also doesn't like when I meet people from here (rarely) because he's afraid they're axe murderers. Obviously I wouldn't meet up with some random dude, but I felt pretty sure that ADR wasn't going to chop me to bits. Anyway, not that I can blame him, he doesn't "know" anyone from here.

Mine don't post here. She isn't into forums at all. He posts on other (non-kinky) forums. I don't really talk about it because I don't want to interest him enough to come here, as I'll lose my one safe place to come and talk about our relationship issues to disinterested parties.

well, well, well...times they are a-changin' - he was making me nuts using my fetlife account to look up rope stuff so I made him his own profile. He's been on it twice already today. Not posted anything, but seems to find the photos intersting ROFL

I started out on 2400bps as well, but I have a soft spot in my heart for 45bps (Baudot code).
