My initial reaction to the title of this thread is that if my family were to give me a lie detector I could tell them that I don't drink, I don't smoke, I go to church as often as is physically possible and I've never been to a gay bar. And I would pass with flying colors

don't know my dad, but I tell my mom everything...showed her my pic thread on lit...I knew she wouldn't look at the pics (she's not even registered), but there isn't much I wouldn't tell her. There are things she doesn't understand about my lifestyle, so she may ask:

no, mom, it's different, and I don't know how, I just know I do...like you enjoy what you enjoy...

You people are lucky, my parents gave up on me long ago, so honest answers to anything they would ask me either wouldn't shock them, or wouldn't matter to them.

I'm sure that my mom knows about the lifestyle my wife and I have. While we were at my mom's for a week, my wife had written an email to a woman we had been involved with sexually...and for some unknown reason, the email had printed off on the printer. Later that day my mom brought me the printed email, saying that I probably didn't want to leave it behind. Thank god she's open-minded enough to understand stuff like that.

Lie detectors don't detect lies. They detect nervousness. So if you're perfectly cool while on one and you can lie like hell, well, they're not much of a problem.

My mother wouldn't want to know any of the answers so she wouldn't ask. My father would feel (justifiably) that he didn't have any right to ask questions, so he wouldn't.

My grandparents assume they know all the answers.

I can't think of anyone in my family that would want to ask me anything.
