I know, I know, this seems like the least original thread. I know it's been done a gazillion times, I know that 99% will answer 'dog' rolleyes: ) but hey, so what ?

I still need to get on someone's ignore list so maybe this thread pisses someone of.

If I could keep my consciousness then I'd like to be some kind of bird or water animal (fish or mammal) to experience something other than an earthbound life.

If I had to be a mammal that lives on ground then I think I'd be a cow in India (has to be India) or a cat in Venice (has to be Venice).

I would want to be a falcon or a hawk. Having the ability to fly would be wonderful and I would have great eyesight.

I would like to be a bat spending my days hanging upside down in a cool, dark cave and having the ability to fly about in complete darkness. I like the idea of find my way around using echolocation images formed in my head.

I'm a vegetarian so I would be a fruit bat feeding on plant nectar like bananas, figs, mangos, cashews and agave, which is used to make tequila. Gathering pollen on my body while I feed, and spreading the pollen as I fly in the dark of night also helping the plants disperse their seeds.

I imagine a bat being unassertive and aloof, taking flight at the first hint of a confrontation and seeking comfort in its personal space. Its insightful nature enabling it to understand others better than it understands itself. Flitting in and out of social situations, swooping down to interact briefly with others before quickly flying off to resume its bat life.

I'm apologize for going on and on, but I really like bats.

ppssssttt.. consider that you have to eat a ton of dried grass to plug your intestines for that six months.. consider the massive bowl movement you would have to have when you awoke... YIKES!
