I know Cassidy aka Juicylips, she is a dear friend of mine, she helped me get to know SummerRose, you all should know that this was just a poor attempt at humor on MM's part. He should have asked Cassidy first before going this route. This is almost as bad as an out right flaming. I think MM should apologize to JL but that is just my opinion! Those of us that know her know that she is really a very nice person who doesn't deserve this treatment. She flirts and gets naughty but that is all that she can be accused of!!

I don't think MM meant any harm but I can tell you JL was not a happy camper

read MM's thread before this one ... wasnt taken in for a second ... but it appears some people were and i can understand you getting upset cassidy


i think the net is pretty confusing with personallitys and different people i know MM is having a laugh but i dont think its right to play "games" on a board of this size

ToddH, very rarely do I disagree with someone. Poor humour on MM"s behalf? If he did this so called 'prank' without juicylips aka Cassidy's permission then this isn't funny at all.
Any respect I had for MM as a Lit poster is now nil.

I didn't believe his thread last night just because of that "fight" thread.

Poor taste repeats itself. I didn't like the "joke" fight thread when April and Xander did it last year, or when MM and Lavender did it recently. If I were Juicylips, I'd be very pissed at MM right now.

I personally think it is time for another apology thread. But people here can post whatever they want. Just know that when you make a habit of posting these fake threads, eventually nothing you post will be believed. MM may already be there. And he may not care. That's his choice, too.

You're blind on this topic because he is your friend and you participated in a similar "joke" with him recently, Lavy.

Just because only 5 to 10% of the board actually believed his thread (more probably didn't actually care) doens't make it okay. That's the same excuse you used last time with the fake fight thread- that people should have known you were faking because it was so far out of character for both of you.

Maybe eventually you two will realize that people here try to take you at your word. Eventually that word will be worth much less if people have to constantly decide whether you are telling the truth or you are playing another "joke" on the board. Your choice, of course. If that is how you have fun and you enjoy people not believing anything you say, have at it.

Grow up! Each of you want to be treated as an adult but why should you be treated as anything but a child when these childish games are played? I do not care who people are or say they are on here. But this sort of thing does show me clearly whose threads to stay away from unless I want to play a game of "Candyland" or "Chutes and Ladders".

You have the luxury of knowing mm better than I do. You have also been on the boards a lot longer. There is absolutely no one on this board easier to get along with than I am. I am always there for a good laugh as long as it isn't at someone's expense.

I was more upset at the volume of pm's in my box asking if this was true than the acutal content of the thread.

I like everyone that was involved with that thread. Mouse and I were talking on IMs and both of us were a little antsy. We decided to have some fun with each other on the board. He and I were laughing our asses off at what we wrote each other.

However, it was in very bad taste for me to begin the warfare on BRs thread before she even knew what was going on. Blushing Rose did not know we were going to do that. She didn't encourage our behavior. But, since she knows me and The Mouse she knew we were only kidding around.

Lavy can't revise history now to say MM had nothing to do with that first joke fight thread. Her apology for that one said they cooked up the scheme together. It was BlushingRose who was dragged in unvoluntarily that time.
