... would it have been the worst mistake of your life?

I'm pretty sure mine would have been. It was all about lust and there was very little substance.

If I had allowed him to catch me... talk me into going to Vegas and getting married at 18, it would have been a disaster. We were both too young to marry.

Good grief. The one that got away. Maybe there were hundreds of them. The glances across the room. The party conversations. They party conversation that led out onto the balcony for a two hour talk. The delightful woman I met while hiking.

The what if game is always fun to play but not that fruitful.

The 'one that got away' would have been awesome. Sometimes I don't know a good thing if its sitting on my face.

Not for me. The one that got away, I had to let her go and hope she came back. She hasn't this time, but I feel she may. I wanted her in my life so badly for so many years....I'm her drum major, keeping time to the beating of her heart whether near or far.

She was a white girl who could twerk properly.

I wish I would have caught the one that got away. I would have my house back, my truck back, and my pension back.

:(

I miss that truck.

I've met and or been with some wonderful women, but there is no 'one that got away' because I just don't see it like that. There are just some people who are better than others but pretty much everyone has their shit you have to deal with.

Some would certainly have been a disaster, others might not have been but all in all I'm pretty sure I'm better off without owing an exwife a lifetime of money and possibly having kids who hate me and also drain my account.

Well said bad santa. Well said.

I got caught by one who let me get away, and losing me a second time was the worst mistake of her life.

This may seem terrible but there are 3 guys that I still think about from time to time.

The were two

Thee were two that got away and either would have most likely have been a good
choice.
After 51 years, I like to sing along with Garth, Thank God for unanswered prayers.
He truely blessed me with the keeper I married 51 yrs ago. :)

I saw a picture of the one who got away about two years ago.

Time had not been kind to her.

I'm married to the same woman 43 years. My daughters remain married to the same men. The eldest daughter is married 25 years, I think. Same man. I know how to stick, and my girls learned how to stick from their mom.

He cheated on me with three women. At the same time. I was number four, like a harem I didn't know existed. I was the youngest and I guess the dumbest but we started talking recently and he's sorry and he'd been really sick. And it was when I was 17. He asked me to marry him then and that would have gone badly too. So, yes. Bad idea.

Maybe, maybe not. I'd sure as hell like to go back and find out.

Ah I forgot about her. One rule a successful young man learns is to have a lot of irons in the fire and don't invest a lot into one.

Plenty of fish out there. Go find ten more.

they did not get away. i left. they left. there have been some brief encounters. leading to wanting. writing stories, manufactured orgasms delight. sometimes it was nothing more than a connection. like they were highly charged in the exact right location of my pussy. to the end of the line. i will always remember the economist. i am good where i am. moving forward.

I re-caught the one that got away..

Best
Catch
Ever!

The one i caught when I threw the one away???

I agree with Peter
I miss my truck.
