however, most of my online friends i know only through the internet and they really no nothing of getting in touch with family or friends if i go missing.

Many of my on line friends are also RL friends, so they would know how to find out if something dreadful happened. Those that I only know via the internet would be left wondering what cloud I drifted off to.

I think if something were to happen, word would get out to people I know online thanks to friends I have here where I live being online as much as I am.

I have a good friend in RL that is trusted with a list of people to contact should I pop off. I just hate the thought of people wondering where I'd gone and what happend to me - and never to know that I'd died.

My friend and I have a pact - and I have her list as well...here's hoping we don't die together. Awwwwww shit - another plan down the tubes!

I would become more of a phantom than I already am. The only person online that would maybe get a notice of my demise is my ex but soon she won't even know if I am dead or alive. Maybe I'll haunt her, then she would know.

a few years ago i wanted to start a company witch you payed like 10$ and it would keep track of all the obitarts.. and if you die. then it will email all the ppl you put in thare. you can update the list of email's any time you wish..

I know that my best friend would let everyone know. I've known her for 12 years so she knows everyone I know. I'm not too worried about no one knowing.

I'd be another phantom disappearance. I think only two of the people I correspond with online have my phone #.

That's part of what freaked me out a bit a few weeks ago. Just the thought that all these people I know out there would just be left hanging, wondering why I'm not responding to emails and such. Maybe they'd think I was just being rude, lol.

I should set up one of those contact lists.
