If I died today...
What would they say? Hell I don't know, that is why I need one of you to come up and take notes, then you can email me what they said teach@heaven.com (I hope).
I have had the chance to touch a lot of people in my job. The best part of my job is when a stranger walks in to see me, someone I have never seen before (because people change so much at that age, 18 - 22. Then the stranger thanks me for changing their life. Tells me all they have done. Giving me credit for a big part of it. As the conversation continues, the younger face comes back to mind, but most of the time, I am sad to say, the name doesn't. I see too many kids in a years time. Be glad I don't remember your name. I usually only remember the asshole's names.
I remember when my brother died, the church was full. Granted most of the people there were there out of respect for my father. There were still a lot of people there from his college (he was a nursing student).
I may not be the most popular person in the world, but at least I know a few will think of me. Kinda makes up for the lack in pay, in a big way.
