Ok...

How about a nice fruit salad...something cool for this hot weather...(I worked produce for a few years in HS so I know my way around a cutting board) With a dollop of fresh creme and a touich of honey.

Then we have two main courses for your perusal...sea bass on a bed of rice and spinach..with a light soy sauce...

OR a fav of mine...prime rib, nice and rare with horseradish and a side of steamed mushrooms.

I've got pie for desert...with some nice vanilla ice cream. And coffee for the deck to watch the sun go down.
