According to the data (because it includes Puerto Rico as U.S. soil) the group that committed the most terrorist attacks in that time frame are Latino. This because they count attacks by Puerto Rican separatists in the overall tally.

Given that the majority of Puerto Ricans are Roman Catholic and Catholics are decidedly NOT Christians (At least if you ask Christians), I would have to argue that Christians run a close second to Catholics in terrorist acts on U.S. soil.

The point you're missing isn't that it's any one religion in particular, but extremists in general. Muslims, Jews, Christians, Catholics all have extremist sects that resort to violence. You can't blame the whole (of any of those groups) for the actions of a very small, violent minority.
