I had to go through a "sensitivity training course" because schools today are so terrified of lawsuits, the slightest offensive gesture or statement by a student or teacher could result in a massive suit being brought against the school/school district.

Here in America, we live in a society where anyone can sue anyone for almost anything and for almost any amount of money and win.
