You know what I really feel like?

A beef sandwhich. I'm not hard to please, just a lovely beef sandwhich with nice fresh bread Mmmmmmmmmmmm :)

I'm sorry. What that 'If you could eat..' anyone or anything?

Right. Calamari with wasabi and fried onion rings.
Of course, I'd have to chug Listerine afterwards but it would be worth it.

There's a pint of Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Chocolate Chip in my freezer right now. I swear it's calling my name.

Maybe if I turn the music up higher I won't hear it.

A tuna melt.....toasted rye bread, fresh tomatoes, onions and pickles

well, I can't have what I really want because hubby's off to work, but God I would love a couple of frozen burittos smothered with salsa and sharp cheddar.

Cheesy tuna helper or clam chowder and I am out of both but what a yummy breakfast that would be.

Ingredients
700g cooked Australian Farm Tiger Prawns
100g Cellophane noodles (or rice noodles)
2 teaspoons peanut or macadamia oil
few drops sesame oil (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 spring onion, chopped
1 bunch asparagus, woody stems discarded and chopped
1/2 cup lightly packed coriander leaves.

Method
Peel and devein prawns, leaving tail intact. Pour boiling water over noodles and soak for 10 minutes, then drain. Combine sauce ingredients. Heat oil in a wok or non-stick frypan, add ginger and onion and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add asparagus and stir fry 1 minute, then prawns and cook a further minute. Pour over sauce, add drained noodles and coriander and stir quickly just to heat through. Serve immediately
