My gut response was 'hell ya!!' but I can't manage a small group of people and get them to do what I want so I can't imagine the headaches ruling the world would give me. No, I think I would rather settle on ruling a small but diverse and talented harem. All headaches could then be taken care of naturally. Much better idea, but off topic. So.......

I have been known to have capricious thoughts - like clothes will be optional and only worn for comfort and that all people who drive SUVs should have to refine their own oil. And those are the kind of ideas I come up with when I'm in a good mood.

There would be no men in ties.

Health care would be a human right

Entertainers and athletes would be paid minimum wage. Teachers and janitors and sanitation workers would be paid the kind of money professional athletes make now.

And many more of my fantasies would become law...

So, do you really want me ruling the world?

I don't think it would be very difficult. The key, it seems to me, would be the ability to rule the world and not get killed.

I have no desire to rule the world- but I could definitely suggest some changes.

Heinlein had many great ideas. Like his ideal system of justice (balancing---the victim (or their survivors) get to do to you what you did. The punishment for rape was particulary just.)

Yes, if given the chance I would rule the world. Would I do a good job at it? Hell no, but thats what underlings are for. Get the best and brightest people for everything you need, give them a little power of their own but always keep a policing force that was completely loyal to you just in case someone tries to knock you out of power.
