Democrats should also understand that these public tantrums and other slights are simply bad politics. Voters don’t respond well to angry chanting losers harassing people, or to vulgar celebrities, or to threats verging on intimidation and violence. There is nothing inspirational about it, and it makes the targets of the anger look that much more reasonable. If Democrats think this crazed behavior will generate a “blue wave” in November, they are mistaken.

I agree with the sentiment. The only thing I'd change in the article is that while it is "bad politics" it's even worse "optics".

The Dem's need to get their house in order. Otherwise they'll remain marginalized and their moderate base is going to shift to Independent.
 
When are you retards going to realize that some random libs shouting down people on the right isn't "Dem politics" or have anything to do with the blue wave. The Dem politicians are doing the job they are supposed to do. THAT should have you snowflakes worried.

WASHINGTON) — Department of Homeland Security employees are seeing violent threats with greater frequency because of the president’s immigration policy, according to an official with knowledge of a recent threat assessment.

The department determined that there was a “heightened threat against DHS employees” in response to recent government actions surrounding immigration, according to a letter sent to employees over the weekend.

“This assessment is based on specific and credible threats that have been levied against certain DHS employees and a sharp increase in the overall number of general threats against DHS employees,” Claire Grady, acting deputy secretary of Homeland Security, wrote to employees on Saturday.

In one example, a senior DHS official living in the Washington. D.C. area found a burnt and decapitated animal on his front porch, according to an official with knowledge of the incident.

man the rest of the world thinks america is being betrayed right now and they are taking notice. no one respects trump or america anymore. the country that i took years to finally migrate to isnt what it once was. its much better than my homeland but it has definitely lost its shine. kind of sucks, lol ;)

Yes, at least the Trump administration isn't subtle. Those outside the United States can clearly see that it's a group of people, not the majority of U.S. citizens who are off the rails. Although knowing there are a large number of people off the rails at all like this is certainly disconcerting. Hopefully, when we get the kids out of the prisons, we'll have room to put Trump and his associates in--if they haven't fled to Moscow yet.

Filmmaker and frequent MSNBC guest Michael Moore went further, likening Trump voters to accomplices to rape. "If you hold down the woman while the rapist is raping her, and you didn't rape her —are you a rapist?"

The frequent media invocations of "racism" and "Nazi" to describe conservatives and Republicans is leading some to worry that the media is needlessly stoking division in America, perhaps risking increased episodes of harassment and violence.

The media doesn't care who agrees or not. They want viewership numbers because that increases ad buyers vying for a spot on their channel.
