They don't even need to waste a bullet. All they have to do is stop buying our debt and demand that we repay what we owe them. That will in turn, force the Fed to raise the interest rate from zero which will cause the banks that we bailed out because they were to big to fail...to fail again.
That's one of the reasons why I'm voting for Rand Paul. He actually wants us to stop spending what we don't have & get our fiscal house in order.

Militarily, we would not be screwed. We spend more money on defense than everyone other country, combined. They would be insane to attack us though since we buy all the products they make.
We spend seven times as much on our military than China.
The United States has 19 aircraft carriers in commission and one in reserve. China has one.
The United States has 13,892 military aircraft spread across all branches of our military. China has 2,860.
