Idea For Series ?

I had the idea about a 18 year old boy who would be average looking. He would have moderate luck with ladies until he discovers that what ever woman sees his dick, sees how large it is (not stupidly large just big) and lusts after it. They relaise its a once in a lifetime chance etc. They may not be very attracted to the boy but want him anyway. It could open up stuff for celebrities, insest, whatever. But the boy only uses it on people he finds attractive. He could find members of his family attractive ie cousins, sisters and want to use it on them?

Is there a story like this? if so what, and would anyone like to write it?
