This is the idea :

I've been working New Year's Eve, I come home at 5am and I feel like I deserve some kind of fun too, like anybody else tonight. So I take the papers and see if I can find any call-girl ads. I call a few of numbers, but no-one picks up. It is New Year's Eve, I guess.
Then, on the 4th try, finally someone picks up. I say "Hello" ...
