take a pic of just my eyes, to share with this forum/get feedback. I'm not quite ready to do a full-facial or body pic yet. So...how would I take a pic showing just my eyes...without blinding myself?

You could make sure the lighting is good and turn off the flash.

Or, if you have good enough resolution, step away from the camera.
