i got a ticket today

the officer apologized for giving it to me
he was so sweet (not sweet enough to let me go with a warning...)and he was blushing, he looked like he felt so bad about giving it to me that i wanted to apologize for speeding and making him suffer

sigh....what happened to the pervy cops who stare at your boobies and let you go?

A man in uniform? Blushing, no less?

I would have been charged with assault.

Quotas suck!

The officer felt bad because he had little or no choice. If he can't demonstrate that he's bringing in money for the city/county/state, he'll be on notice. The cops nowadays are being used/abused as revenue collectors, not law enforcment.
